TAP TIME™ - Physical DVD

Active For Life brings you their proprietary brain and body 'dancercise' class, TAP TIME™, but this version is slightly faster and with a few new moves with if the beginner version needs more of a challenge. Now anyone can participate from anywhere! This is a great class to start with if you are new to AFL's unique TAP TIME™ class.

This class is ideal for individuals that need to exercise or dance while seated, older adults, or individuals living with an impairment preventing them from dance or exercise standing. This is also a great class for activities directors in facilities, such as assisted living facilities.
